    love this multi, September 7, 2008

    This multi is great. This multi cause no upset stomachs like others that i took. The best part is that you only have to take one for the day, again unlike others where you have to take a packet of 3 or more. Since taking these I found that I am more alert and have more energy. Just wish there was a bit more calcium though. You can only cram so much in so little.

    I am a working mother, and my energy levels are often depleted. I did try other brands, but this is the only one that made a difference. I am not an expert on chemical composition, and what form is absorbed better, etc, but what I know is that I definitely have more energy, and (not sure if it is a coincidence), but even my mood is much better! They are easy on the stomach, even on my very sensitive stomach (I have GERD)

    The tablets are very big, but I break them in two and I do fine.

    I highly recommend this product

    PLEASED. In my assessment as a R.N. myself, these appear to be common size for a once daily tab if you have ever taken a one daily type vitamin from health food store. No problems for swallowing tablet on my part BUT, if you have “difficulty swallowing” med/large tabs you may want to cut in half? They seem well worth it esp. bottle w/ 150 tabs of single doses available of high end multivitamin. Good luck choosing, Nurse J.P.:)
